New customer services role at Chamberlain Wednesday 18th December 2013
Chamberlain Transport has taken on a new member of staff as it strives for the highest possible levels of customer service.
Maxine Duffy joins Chamberlain Transport as traffic administrator and her tasks include the entering of jobs onto the Manpack system and supporting the traffic office.
The appointment has enabled Chamberlain to create a new post for its existing transport administrator Kirsty Pearce, who will work in a dedicated customer service role to deal directly with clients to make sure their deliveries and collections run smoothly.
"It’s great to welcome Maxine to our team and, working together with Kirsty, we hope the additional role will help us to further improve our excellent reputation for customer service," said Simon Chamberlain.
